Key Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research activities, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and focus groups.
Gather and analyze insights on user needs, behaviors, and pain points to inform service design and digital transformation initiatives.
Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for design, policy, and service delivery teams.
Advocate for the user experience and ensure user-centered design principles are integrated into all projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define research goals, scope, and methodology.
Communicate findings effectively through reports, presentations, and visualizations that are accessible to stakeholders.
Stay up to date with best practices, tools, and methods in user research and digital service design.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in user research, preferably in government, public sector, or complex service environments.
Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in multidisciplinary teams, including designers, developers, and policy specialists.
Familiarity with service design, digital transformation, or agile methodologies is desirable.
