Shop Manager – Aldeburgh Shop (Temporary 6‑month contract)
We are looking for a proactive, creative and dynamic individual who will ensure our retail shop continually meets the progressive and ever‑changing world of ‘charity retail’.
Key Responsibilities
* Take full responsibility for day‑to‑day shop organisation
* Achieve agreed financial budgets
* Provide a high standard of customer service and satisfaction to external and internal customers
* Set and maintain high standards of merchandising, layout and display
* Work with and manage a team of volunteers who are integral to the business
Location & Hours
Aldeburgh Shop – 6‑month contract. 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Saturday 9am – 5pm with occasional Sunday cover.
Salary & Benefits
Salary Scale B entry point from £25,938 per annum.
