Supporting clients within their own home to regain full or partial independence will be the focus of our dedicated Enablement Support Workers.
You don’t need to have previous experience of care work or qualifications as we offer structured training to ensure our care workers receive what they need to flourish and progress in their social care careers!
What are we looking for?
Are you someone with a caring personality and a desire to care for others ? What will you be doing?
Working in care can be challenging at times, but extremely rewarding, and you will be working as part of a multi-professional team to provide wrap around support to enable people to live as independently as possible in their own home.
You will be working towards a therapeutic goal focussed care plan that is aimed at promoting independence and you will have access to support through the new structure. You will work closely with other colleagues and have regular access to your Senior Enablement Support Worker for “on the job” queries and support and from your Enablement Support Lead for supervision, professional development and access to training.
A robust and attainable career pathway has been built into the new structure so there will be opportunities to work your way through the structure to more senior positions.
