Talent Community: Field Clinical Specialist, Electrophysiology
About the Role
The Electrophysiology (EP) Field Clinical Specialist will provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, lab staff, and sales representatives on the safe and effective use of the Boston Scientific Electrophysiology Product Portfolio. You will provide clinical case support for procedures within an assigned geography and work toward meeting and exceeding business goals.
Your responsibilities
* Serve as the primary resource for clinical support in case coverage, basic troubleshooting, and system/software development.
* Educate customers and internal Boston Scientific employees on the proper clinical usage of EP devices by delivering presentations and demonstrations across various formats and platforms to keep teams informed of product developments.
* Attend cases in hospital labs for case support and development of EP systems and components.
* Provide initial and ongoing training and feedback for development teams and sales representatives on EP products, development processes, features, and procedures.
* Meet with existing and potential clients (physicians, physician office groups at hospitals) by traveling to discuss clinical needs and demonstrate how company products can help achieve goals.
* Develop relationships with hospital personnel to identify key decision-makers and facilitate future sales.
* Respond to customer needs and complaints by developing feasible solutions with cross-functional teams.
What we’re looking for in you
* Open to welcoming newly graduated Biomedical students or professionals with experience in a similar role, preferably in Electrophysiology.
* Strong communication skills; ability to convey complex technical and clinical details.
* Fluent in local language (C1 minimum) and English (B2 or higher); additional languages are appreciated.
* Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic marketplace; strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
* Self-motivated, able to influence others, flexible, adaptable, focused and persistent.
* Willing and able to travel extensively as required by workload.
