Job Description:
Fairmont St Andrews talented and dedicated Pastry team are looking for a Chef de Partie to join them.
A little more about what you will be doing:
* Assist the Sous Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen, ensuring all areas meet Fairmont St Andrews standards.
* Supervise and coordinate kitchen service with other departments alongside the Sous Chef.
* Address staff queries and resolve problems related to your assigned kitchen area.
* Coordinate and participate in training kitchen staff and hotel initiatives such as Health and Safety and Green Team committees to foster relations and improve kitchen standards.
* Motivate and train staff effectively.
* Prepare daily food items according to business needs.
Qualifications
* Relevant experience is essential
* Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
