Key Responsibilities Take full responsibility and accountability for the management, commercial performance and successful delivery of multiple complex, multi-discipline design-and-build projects Lead, support and develop a team of project managers and engineers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget Manage the full end-to-end project life-cycle, from design and planning through to implementation and handover Act as the senior point of contact for customers, building and maintaining strong, effective relationships with key client representatives Manage a key infrastructure account within the Infrastructure Business Unit, ensuring full compliance with Framework and contractual obligations What youll bring: Degree or equivalent experience in any related Engineering & Project Management qualification. Electrical/electronic Engineering qualifications such as HNC, ONC or City and Guilds qualifications. NEC4 Project Management Accreditation Previous experience of senior management in a utility contracting or similar environment Managing a P&L over £5 million Experience of driving continuous improvement Strong Commercial Experience Experienced tendering and managing M&E contracts Budget control and estimating Strong customer and stakeholder management Experience of leading and managing high performing teams Demonstrable growth mindset Previous experience of working in the Power and Energy sector Whats in it for you?
