Job Title: Head of Site
Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate and develop large operational teams to achieve People, Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cash and Cost (PSQDCC) targets.
* Provide cohesive and visible leadership to integrate functions into a unified Operational Management team.
* Oversee the delivery of production outputs for Army vehicle equipment across internal and external partners.
* Build a strong, positive, high‑performance culture aligned to the Babcock Principles.
* Strengthen stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective collaboration with customers and partners.
Essential Experience
* Leading large teams in a complex operational environment.
* Strong knowledge of Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) business models, processes and performance delivery.
* Proven experience managing customer relationships across multi‑stakeholder settings.
* Exceptional leadership capability with financial, commercial and performance management expertise.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
