Contract: Permanent, full-time
Salary: £50,000 - £52,000 + annual bonuses (company and performance)

We seek a dynamic Data Scientist to develop NLP models, analyze data outputs, and communicate findings clearly to clients. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable in an agile environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Designing and implementing NLP approaches for unstructured text data
* Training machine learning models for text categorization
* Exploring new research and approaches
* Communicating with clients to gather requirements and provide updates
* Delivering reports, presentations, and publications
* Following agile methodologies and best practices

Requirements:
Must have:
* 3+ years experience as a Data Scientist in a commercial setting
* Extensive Python experience with text analysis and ML packages like Spacy and TensorFlow
* Familiarity with MLOps and AWS
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Experience working directly with clients
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience with project management tools like Jira and Confluence
* Right to work in the UK
Nice to have:
* Experience in tech, healthcare, or SaaS sectors
* Academic publications
* Knowledge of Agile methodologies
