Adept Care Homes provide high-quality residential and dementia care in family-run, Midlands-based care homes. You will be joining the team at Bowood Court & Mews Care Home, a welcoming 59-bed residential home in Enfield, Redditch, offering affordable, high-quality care.
As Night Manager, you will oversee night-shift operations, ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of residents while leading and supporting a dedicated team of care staff to maintain excellent standards of care throughout the night.
About the Night Manager role
* Pay of £36,592.00 Per Annum
* 40 hours a week
* Supervise and support care staff during the night shift, ensuring adherence to care plans and maintaining high-quality standards.
* Oversee the delivery of personalized care to residents with dementia, demonstrating empathy and understanding in challenging situations.
* Conduct regular rounds to assess residents' needs, respond to emergencies, and ensure a safe and secure environment.
* Manage administrative tasks, including documentation, reports, and updating resident records accurately.
* Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless operations and continuity of care between shifts.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Previous Team Leader or Deputy Manager experience (essential)
* NVQ 3 in Direct Care (essential)
* Excellent literacy, numeracy and communication skills
* Own car required and business miles paid
* Positive and caring attitude (essential)
