Team Leader / Senior Conveyancer – Leicester – £40,000 to £65,000The firm This is a highly respected, long-established regional practice with a strong presence across the East Midlands and a well-regarded office in the heart of Leicester. * Lead, manage and develop an expanding residential conveyancing team
* Handle a varied caseload including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases (including new-build)
* Re-mortgage files
* Equity release
* Transfers of equity
* Oversee workflow, support junior team members and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
* Build and strengthen relationships with estate agents, referrers and repeat clients
* Work closely with colleagues across the wider firm to deliver joined-up client service
* Help drive the team’s profile locally through high-quality work and proactive engagementYou
o Experienced residential conveyancer with a strong background in managing a mixed caseload
o Confident in supervising or leading a team, with the ability to support others and delegate effectively
o Strong communicator with excellent client-care skills and the ability to maintain trusted relationships
o Capable of working independently with good organisation, compliance awareness and attention to detail
o Comfortable using case management systems and modern conveyancing technology
o Interested in developing further professionally — support is available whether you pursue CLC, SQE or other routes
o Motivated by delivering excellent service and contributing to a positive, collaborative working culture
