The Role
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fire Door Contracts Manager to join their Lincoln team. The successful candidate will take a strategic, office-based role—overseeing Project Managers who are responsible for delivering nationwide fire door remediation and replacement projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support Project Managers overseeing UK-wide fire door joinery remediation and replacement works.

Ensure all projects meet programme, budget, and compliance standards.
*
Oversee RAMS, risk assessments, method statements, and associated H&S documentation.
*
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
*
Maintain quality and compliance in line with current regulations and third-party certification.
*
Monitor project costs, prepare estimates, and track financial performance.
*
Drive continuous improvement and uphold the highest standards of fire safety practice.
What We’re Looking For

Proven track record managing fire door or passive fire protection contracts.
*
Strong background in joinery/carpentry (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred).
*
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects through others.
*
Sound knowledge of UK fire safety legislation and standards.
*
Full, clean UK driving licence.
*
Desirable: FIRAS or Q-Mark accreditation, SMSTS/SSSTS certification.
