The Role

As a Company Secretarial Senior Associate, you will be responsible for organising and administering the firm’s company secretarial services for a diverse portfolio of corporate clients and LLPs. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can manage routine compliance, advise on complex transactions, and contribute to the growth and efficiency of the service line. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior colleagues and ensuring high standards of client service.



Key Responsibilities:

* Manage routine company secretarial compliance for subscribed clients.
* Maintain statutory records and prepare confirmation statements.
* Handle company and LLP incorporations and related filings.
* Advise clients on technical and complex company secretarial matters.
* Execute transactions such as capital reductions and share buybacks.
* Promote services to expand client base and generate fee income.
* Supervise junior colleagues and support their development.
* Ensure timely invoicing and manage annual subscription billing


Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:

* Strong academic background; ICSA finalist or ACIS preferred.
* Proven company secretarial experience in a professional setting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and company secretarial software.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
* Experience with governance and compliance matters is beneficial.
* Demonstrates initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
* Committed to continuous professional development.
