Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to foster positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders. This role requires a blend of organisational skills and customer service expertise to ensure the properties are well-maintained and that tenant needs are met promptly.
Duties
* Manage all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, maintenance requests, and lease administration.
* Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance requirements.
* Utilise Yardi software for data entry, tracking tenant information, and managing financial records.
* Implement upselling strategies to enhance occupancy rates and maximise rental income.
* Maintain accurate records of all transactions, communications, and property-related documentation.
* Provide excellent phone etiquette when communicating with tenants, vendors, and prospective clients.
* Coordinate with maintenance staff and external contractors to address repair needs efficiently.
* Prepare reports on property performance metrics and present findings to senior management.
Experience
* Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
* Strong administrative skills with proficiency in data entry and office management tasks.
* Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
* Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
