Our client is currently hiring for a Receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis.
Key duties will include:
1. Answering incoming phone calls and dealing with email queries.
2. Keeping the reception area clean and tidy.
3. Scheduling meetings & preparing internal documents.
4. Handling any incoming post.
5. General admin duties: Filing, scanning and data entry.
6. Greeting visitors
The ideal candidate will need to be a professional individual and have excellent communication skills.
