The Role:
We are looking for a versatile and engaging teacher who can deliver high-quality lessons in Design and Technology across Key Stage 3. The successful candidate will:
* Teach a broad range of disciplines including product design, resistant materials, and graphics
* Plan and deliver lessons that encourage creativity, problem-solving, and technical skill
* Monitor and assess pupil progress in line with school policies
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Support wider school initiatives and extracurricular activities
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching Design and Technology at KS3 level
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils
* A genuine enthusiasm for design, engineering, and education
