Job purpose: The General Maintenance Team Member supports multiple buildings by performing maintenance and caretaker duties to uphold high standards as part of our service to clients.
What you will be doing:
* Maintain presentation standards around entrances, grounds, and all common areas including showers, lifts, toilets, and corridors.
* Open and lock buildings as required.
* Support meeting rooms and serviced spaces by preparing rooms for customers.
* Perform checks on vacant suites and maintain them to high standards.
* Conduct PPMs such as fire testing, water temperature checks, and emergency lighting.
* Ensure plant, equipment, and fabric are effective to deliver customer service and operational standards.
* Complete regular building inspections and checks.
* Monitor and complete maintenance jobs.
* Respond to health and safety concerns immediately (training provided).
What we are looking for:
* A positive, can-do attitude with enthusiasm and flexibility, adaptable to a role where no day is the same.
* Enjoyment of teamwork and a desire to be part of a collaborative, positive environment.
* Experience in maintenance is beneficial but not essential; training will be provided.
