The role
We are recruiting a Senior Proposition Manager for our Retail Direct Product Team. This team, under the Standard Life brand, designs innovative products and propositions for direct customers. We are a small, creative team focused on delivering positive outcomes by combining industry experience, customer insight, and innovation.
The successful candidate will lead the development of new products from concept through proof of concept to launch.
What are we looking for?
* Customer-centric and strategic thinker, passionate about delivering value while aligning with business goals, and balancing stakeholder needs.
* Collaborative influencer, skilled at working across functions like digital, marketing, legal, and operations to shape propositions.
* Clear communicator and problem solver, able to translate complex information into persuasive narratives and solve challenges creatively.
* Proven experience in taking propositions to market, ideally with knowledge of pensions, ISAs, or investments.
* Bold, purpose-driven leader willing to challenge the status quo, lead teams, and drive change through strong relationships and direction.
