What we’re looking for:
We’re after a Chef de Partie with passion, flair, and a love of fresh, seasonal cooking. You might already be in the role, or you could be a talented Commis ready to step up. Either way, if you thrive in a buzzing pub kitchen and want to be part of something truly special, we’d love to meet you.
At The White Cross, you will:
8. Cook and deliver consistently high-quality, fresh dishes that make guests want to come back.
9. Get creative alongside our Head Chef to help design menus and daily specials that reflect the seasons (and maybe even the tide!).
10. Lead by example in the kitchen, supporting and motivating your fellow chefs.
11. Use strong organisational skills to keep kitchen standards, GP, and labour on track.
