The experiences range from influencer trips to pop-up shops, event setups, installations, and lounge activations. The company has offices in London and Los Angeles, with a presence in Dubai, New York, Miami, and Paris.
The team of 40+ includes designers, producers, coordinators, and a finance and operations team.
Job Title: Associate Creative Director (Design) | London Office
Reporting Into: Head of Design
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Spearhead the development of creative concepts and narratives for experiential projects, leveraging client insights, market research, and emerging trends to deliver compelling experiences.
* Build strong client relationships through proactive communication, collaborative ideation sessions, and strategic presentations, translating client visions into creative solutions that exceed expectations.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
* Minimum of 6 years of experience in creative design roles, with at least 2 years as an ACD or senior design lead within an experiential agency or related industry.
* Proven track record of conceptualizing and delivering innovative experiential projects, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence across mediums and platforms.
* A portfolio demonstrating both concept and design-driven work, especially in events.
* Mastery of digital design tools (Adobe Creative Suite).
* Expert understanding of typography, illustration, and layout; making things look beautiful is second nature.
* Ability to guide and mentor multiple teams, including art directors and designers.
* Strategic mindset, with the ability to translate client objectives and market insights into compelling creative solutions that drive results.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong leadership qualities, including inspiring, motivating, and empowering team members.
