About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Personal Trainer to join a leading health, fitness, and wellness club. In this role, you will deliver high-quality personal training sessions, design tailored fitness programs, and inspire members to achieve their health and fitness goals.
You’ll have the freedom to set your own schedule and pricing, supported by a structured induction program and ongoing professional development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver personalised 1-to-1 training sessions and create effective training plans.
* Support members in the gym environment to help them achieve their goals.
* Build and grow your client base with the support of the club team.
* Provide expert advice on health, fitness, and wellbeing.
* Create a motivating and safe training environment for members.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
* A minimum Level 3 CIMSPA qualification (essential).
* A strong passion for health, fitness, and helping people reach their potential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivation, professionalism, and a positive outlook.
* A strong commitment to outstanding customer service.
