Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Band 7 Physiotherapist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing expert physiotherapy services for a diverse range of patients, including adults, children, and women. The role requires expertise in managing sports injuries and conditions specific to pediatric and female health, such as post-natal rehabilitation and adolescent sports injuries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions.
• Deliver physiotherapy services tailored to the needs of children and women, addressing specific concerns such as post-natal recovery and developmental conditions.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
• Provide patient education and advice to promote recovery and prevent re-injury.
• Ensure all treatments meet the standards required by insurance providers.
• Assist in promoting the clinic's services to potential clients and partners.
Essential Requirements:
• HCPC Registration and full CSP membership.
• Experience working as a Band 7 Physiotherapist in a clinical or sports environment.
• Proven expertise in musculoskeletal and sports injury rehabilitation.
• Specific experience working with children and women, including post-natal rehabilitation and adolescent physiotherapy.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
• Familiarity with working under insurance policies (registration with major insurance providers is preferred - BUPA and AVIVA).
Desirable Attributes:
• Experience in a private clinic or sports team environment.
• Specialised training in women's health physiotherapy.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied caseload.
Working Hours:
Part-time position, 3 days per week to start, with flexibility for additional hours as the practice grows.
