About The Role
We are looking for an experienced sales account manager or someone with transferrable skills who can apply end‑to‑end sales techniques over the phone. They should understand the importance of owning a structured and continuous pipeline, be confident in utilising a variety of IT packages, and be able to use a diverse range of sources to enhance lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain robust client relationships.
* Act as the main contact for your client base, giving outstanding customer service.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
* Use effective sales strategies to hit and exceed KPIs.
* Work with the existing sales team to generate cross‑lociational sales.
* Work with the marketing department to create and deliver solutions to generate/promote sales.
Key Qualifications
* Experienced sales account manager or demonstrable transferrable sales skills.
* Proficiency with IT packages and diverse lead‑generation sources.
