Role Summary You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimising all digital marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and increase online sales. This role requires a candidate with strong analytical capabilities, marketing campaign execution experience, and a deep appreciation for premium brand aesthetics. You’ll also lead and manage the internal E-Commerce and Social Media teams, ensuring aligned outputs across content, customer experience, and commercial trading goals. Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy & Execution Develop and lead full-funnel digital marketing strategies across email, paid social, PPC, affiliates, and SEO Manage daily and strategic performance of digital marketing agencies, with a focus on growth, efficiency, and ROI Implement data-driven optimisation across campaigns using Google Analytics, Shopify, and agency reporting Translate insights into actionable strategies to improve channel performance and customer LTV Plan, manage and evolve loyalty initiatives, with future opportunity to integrate Loyalty Lion or similar platforms CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Own the email marketing calendar via Klaviyo — delivering weekly campaigns and automating flows to engage, convert, and retain Plan future implementation of SMS marketing (Attentive or similar) to support lifecycle initiatives Build and optimise segmentation strategies to improve personalisation and engagement Leadership & Coordination Lead and manage the E-Commerce Executive and Social Media Manager to ensure cohesive execution of brand messaging and commercial initiatives Oversee customer service team function, ensuring best-in-class resolution, support processes (via Freshdesk), and holiday cover planning Collaborate with internal teams to deliver content, campaign assets, and e-commerce updates in line with the trading calendar Commercial Planning & Reporting Create and maintain the brand’s commercial calendar, working with the Brand Director and E-Commerce team to phase promotions, new launches, and peak trading Deliver consistent reporting on channel performance — net sales, customer growth, CPA, ROAS — against targets and prior year benchmarks Align agency timelines with campaign, photoshoot, and product release schedules Responsible for future PR and Events to drive brand awareness Essential Skills & Experience Required Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing within the fashion, footwear, or e-commerce industry Proven track record of running successful Meta and Google Ads campaigns and managing external media agencies Solid knowledge of Klaviyo or similar CRM tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce) Strong copywriting skills and a keen eye for visual storytelling and brand tone Advanced use of Google Analytics, Shopify, and digital performance tools Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) Experience managing internal teams and multiple external agencies Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights Excellent organisation and multitasking capabilities Desirable Skills Fashion industry experience with strong visual and aesthetic sensibility Experience with SMS marketing (e.g., Attentive) Familiarity with loyalty platforms (Loyalty Lion, Smile.io) Working knowledge of customer service platforms (Freshdesk, Gorgias) Why Join Us?
