* Adults from the age of 18+ years
* Individuals with a primary diagnosis of learning disability accompanied with behaviours that challenge including mental illness or a forensic background
* Individuals with a secondary diagnosis of personality disorder or autism
* May have communication challenges
* May have associated complex needs
* Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
* Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
* Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
* Assist with medical & welfare needs
* Report on medical & welfare needs as required

* Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
* Shifts are either 08:00 am to 02:00 pm, 02:00 pm to 08:00 pm or 08:00 pm to 08:00 am
