Responsibilities:
1. Conduct regular Sunday and Wednesday services, as well as special services in accordance with the Christian calendar, including the Founders Day Service and other events as needed.
2. Encourage the spiritual well-being of residents.
3. Perform regular pastoral visits to all residents.
4. Attend the Directors' meetings.
5. Manage the day-to-day affairs of the College on behalf of the Directors.
6. Line-manage the Lodgekeeper, Gardener, and Cleaner.
7. Respond to residents' medical needs when necessary, calling nurses, doctors, or ambulances as appropriate.
8. Organize social events, outings, and activities for the College community.
9. Oversee management of the College Room, Laundry, and other facilities.
10. Serve as the College's Data Controller and Health and Safety Officer.
11. Produce quarterly reports on residents and activities for the Directors' meetings.
