About the Role:
We’re currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support primary-aged pupils (4–11 years) in a vibrant and welcoming school environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to work in education, support children’s development, and make every school day a success for pupils and staff alike.
You will work closely with class teachers to provide high-quality support in the classroom, whether in group settings or through valuable 1:1 interactions. No two days are the same – your impact will be felt every step of the way.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting class teachers throughout the school day
* Working with pupils individually and in small groups to support learning
* Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom atmosphere
* Using initiative to manage classroom dynamics effectively
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience working with children aged 4–11
* Able to provide two professional references
* Strong communication skills and the confidence to work collaboratively with staff and students
* Reliable, flexible, and punctual with a proactive mindset
* A positive, “can-do” attitude and a desire to grow professionally
