Shift work and weekends on a rota basis. 42 hours per week.
Overview
You will care for individuals with learning disabilities, autism and mental health conditions, providing support in a residential setting. The role includes providing personal care, medication administration and supporting residents in daily activities.
Key duties
* Providing personal care – bathing, toileting, dressing and feeding assistance.
* Medication administration.
* Assisting with residents’ daily activities, hobbies and outings.
* Follow care plan guidance alongside company policies and procedures.
* Develop an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with residents.
* Maintain written daily records.
* Attend and complete required training.
