Customer Team Leader
Location: 60 King Street, Whalley, BB7 9SN
Pay: £14.48 per hour
Contract: 21 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: a mix of opening, closing, and mid‑day shifts; flexible across the week including at least 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift (Friday after 6pm, any Saturday shift, or Sunday).

What you'll do
* Own the day-to-day running of the store by leading the team on your shift.
* Motivate, coach, and support your team to deliver great service and efficient operations.
* Work hands‑on on the shop floor and tills, and in the in‑store bakery supporting daily operations and setting the pace for a team of Customer Team Members.
* Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes.
* Champion Co‑op through community engagement and membership growth.
