SENIOR MARKETING ANALYST

We’re working with a major global tech leader, looking to add a talented Senior Marketing Analyst to their growing analytics function.
Sitting at the core of the business, this team powers smarter marketing decisions through deep analysis and compelling data storytelling. They’re after a strong marketing analytics all-rounder with excellent SQL skills — someone who can move beyond the numbers to drive actionable insights across ATL and BTL campaigns.
THE ROLE:
* Partner with Pricing & Promotions teams to analyse marketing effectiveness across major campaigns — from restaurant promotions to brand marketing.
* Apply advanced methodologies including attribution modelling, incrementality/causal inference, personalisation strategies, and post-campaign analysis (MMM experience a bonus).
* Build dashboards and reports using Tableau and Looker (with Looker becoming the primary tool).
* Deliver clear, actionable insights to stakeholders — strong storytelling and communication skills are essential.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
* 3-4+ years’ experience in end-to-end marketing analytics across ATL and BTL channels.
* Advanced SQL expertise — confident writing complex queries (joins, CTEs, subqueries, lag/lead functions etc.).
* Skilled with a data visualisation tool such as Tableau, Looker, or similar.
* Strong track record in generating insights and presenting technical findings in a clear, commercial way.
* Bonus points for Python or experience with advanced modelling techniques.
THE OFFER:
* £75,000 base salary
