Our client has multiple offices situated across London and are a market leader in their field. This fantastic role will be working alongside the property management team, in beautiful offices located in North West London. Key Responsibilities: Supporting Property Managers with day-to-day administration Liaising with tenants & landlords Managing tenancy correspondence and utility account setup/closures Coordinating gas, electrical, safety checks and certificates Chasing safety documents, deposit releases and outstanding rent payments Handling property maintenance issues and liaising with contractors Updating and managing the key system General administrative support to the team Key Skills: Previous experience in a property management or lettings is desirable Excellent telephone manner and communication skills Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and general IT systems This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Management Administrator seeking a busy role which offers variety and career prospects.
