About the Role
We are seeking a professional and proactive Security Supervisor to join our team at a prestigious client site in London. Our client is a market-leading global organisation, and this is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing security team in a corporate front-of-house environment.
As Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of safety, security, and customer service. You will play a key leadership role, ensuring your team operates effectively while delivering a first-class visitor experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of Security Officers
* Ensure all visitors, VIPs, and staff receive exceptional customer service
* Oversee access control and site security operations
* Remain vigilant to hostile reconnaissance and emerging security threats
* Maintain a safe working environment for all team members
* Act as a key point of contact between the client, site leadership, and security team
* Manage incident reporting and escalation in line with company policies and procedures
* Support compliance with all relevant security and regulatory standards
About You
* Proven experience in a security supervisory role
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Professional, customer-focused approach
* High level of vigilance and situational awareness
* Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced corporate environment
Pre-employment security standard vetting will be required for this role.
