The Service Desk Analyst will provide 1st line (and some 2nd line) support via phone, email, or face-to-face, working to set SLA targets.
This is an on-site role in North Bristol, easily accessible via the M4/M32 motorway network, with a shift pattern from 7.30am to 5pm, five days a week.
