Ensuring correct training is aligned to roles and training certificates and dates are correct. · Provide notetaking support for meetings as required · Provide new starter inductions from an HR perspective · Administer employee holiday requests · Audit personnel files to ensure compliance and scanning for electronic files. · Filing and processing of HR paperwork as required. · Assist with mental health queries if/when they arise · Provide payroll processing cover for the HR & Payroll Coordinator, when required, for both monthly and weekly payrolls. · Any other duties deemed suitable by your line manager and required by the business. The training you will be getting The apprentice will achieve a level 3 qualification with CIPD training.
