We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. You will play a key role in managing the lettings side, from start to finish, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for property and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Registering new applicants and matching them to suitable properties
* Conducting property inspections and inventories when necessary
* Preparing tenancy agreements and ensuring all compliance documents are in place
* Managing the move-in process and liaising with all parties involved
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
* Keeping up to date with lettings legislation and market trends
* Supporting other team members
* Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets
Requirements:
* Proven experience in residential lettings
* Excellent knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
* Competent with IT and property management software
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* 1 in 3 Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Skills & Experience Required:
* Previous estate agency experience is desirable but not essential
* Proven ability to work in a target-driven sales environment
* Strong customer service and communication skills

* Working hours include 1 in 3 Saturday (9am–3pm)
