In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful integration of BPA buyouts and business change activities into BAU operations within BPA Policyholder Services. You will also ensure the quality and compliance of our administration processes, contributing to the growth and success of our annuities business. About the role: • Ensure the readiness and quality of BPA administration processes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to BPA administration. • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards. • Provide training and support to team members on BPA administration best practices. About you • Proven experience in BPA administration or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
