Position: Early Years Practitioner
Location: Bun-Sgoil Taobh Na Pairce (Parkside Primary School)
Salary: £28,046 - £32,010 (pro-rata for sessional)
Hours: 36 per week, 39 weeks sessional
About the Role
Are you passionate about early childhood education and seeking to work in a warm and welcoming school community? Our vibrant Gaelic Medium Nursery is looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our nurturing setting. At Bun-sgoil Taobh na Pàirce, we celebrate Gaelic culture, music, and song to foster a love of learning through an immersive Gaelic language experience.
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to inspire young minds, create engaging and playful learning environments, and support children in their Gaelic language journey. If you are enthusiastic about promoting bilingualism and want to make a lasting impact on our learners, we would love to hear from you!

Additional Information
The working hours are 8:15-16:30 (13:15 on Fridays). English speakers will also be considered.

This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The successful candidate will need to join the PVG Scheme or undergo an update check. If you have spent 3 or more months outside the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required. Employment is contingent upon satisfactory completion of these checks.
