Part-Time Freelance Sales Trainer

We are seeking a part-time freelance Sales Trainer in the Nottingham area to join our team and help us build a top-performing sales force.
About the Role:
You'll be responsible for delivering a well-established training programme to our newly recruited sales people. In this role you'll be coaching and inspiring our team to complete an online and in person training programme.
What You'll Do:
Conduct engaging product training sessions for up to 8 people via MS Teams. Carry out in person workshops, including role-playing exercises, designed to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sales training to ensure our programmes remain relevant and effective
Who You Are:
* Previous experience in training or coaching roles is desirable.
* Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage an audience effectively.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and motivate individuals.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in various situations.
* Proficiency in using training tools and technology.
Hours and Compensation:
* This is a part-time position with flexible hours, 2 or 3 days per week. We offer a competitive daily rate based on experience.
