Role title: Senior Delivery Manager TPR grade & pay group: Grade 7 & R&O Directorate: Digital, Data & Technology Starting salary: £54,071.00 per annum dependent on skills and experience, plus excellent benefits package and flexible working arrangements Contract type: Fixed Term: 12 Months Location: Brighton - hybrid 6 days per month in the office Closing date: 20 January 2026 About The Role We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Senior Delivery Managers to contribute to our focused implementation of strategic changes at TPR. The Delivery Manager will be accountable for the delivery of products and services through one or more Agile teams. You will champion and drive Agile and Lean practices, build and maintain motivated teams, remove delivery obstacles, and manage dependencies. You will ensure delivery aligns with organisational priorities, monitor and report on delivery performance and progress, and contribute to the evolution of DDaT Ways of Working. TPR applies Agile methodologies by default, while understanding that we need to work within agreed tolerances of time, cost and quality. A Delivery Manager role can flexibly operate as a Scrum Master and Project manager depending on the needs of the assigned initiatives. The role criteria Experience in coaching teams in Agile and Lean practices, and supporting team motivation and collaboration. Proven experience leading complex change initiatives across HR, digital, or operational environments. Successful delivery of end-to-end systems or services that enhance organizational capability, such as performance management or digital platforms. Strong risk and dependency management skills within highly governed and stakeholder-rich environments. Expertise in Agile/Scrum delivery, including the use of tools like Jira or Azure DevOps. Proactive governance leadership, including engagement with project boards, PMOs, and senior stakeholders. Inspirational leadership and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to build consensus and lead high-performing, multidisciplinary teams. The team This role is within Planning, Partnerships and Corporate Reporting at TPR. This team is at the centre of all TPR initiatives and includes skilled change professionals who are experienced across Project Delivery, Business Analysis and Design and Portfolio Management and Quality.
