Over the course of 100 years, we have continued to refine our suite of solutions, which combines patented chemicals, dosing and dispensing equipment, cleaning machines, services, and digital analysis.**About the role**As a Distributor Account Manager, you will take ownership for the growth and retention of an agreed customer portfolio of distributor accounts in line with strategic plans and set sales and margin targets.**Key Responsibilities:*** Manage the full sales lifecycle for a portfolio of distributor accounts, building strong direct relationships and working closely with internal teams to deliver value.* Develop and deliver clear business objectives aligned with company goals to win, grow, and retain customers.* Create joint business plans with each distributor and review performance through quarterly business reviews.* Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure full operational support and timely delivery of agreed objectives.* Manage and develop a healthy sales pipeline, driving conversion of new business opportunities within your account portfolio.* Gain a deep understanding of customer and distributor needs to provide tailored, value-added solutions.* Build strong knowledge of distributor business models and regional account structures.* Partner with distributor sales teams on joint sales activities, both internally and externally.* Work with channel partners to drive organic growth through promotional planning and new product/innovation sales.* Ensure agreed service levels are met and support end-user engagement through collaboration with territory teams.* Communicate product listings, pricing, and commercial terms effectively to relevant stakeholders.**What We’re Looking For:*** A positive, proactive mindset with a strong commitment to exceeding customer expectations.* High levels of resilience, drive, and a growth-oriented approach.* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with a confident and persuasive communication style.* Excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement abilities.* Solid understanding of both direct and channel sales environments.* Strong project management and organisational skills.* Experience with indirect commercial models, including ship-through/POR processes.* High level of IT proficiency and ability to work effectively with business systems.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a real impact, build meaningful partnerships, and grow their career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.*We understand that not every candidate will possess every desired qualification listed above.
