Job Title
Inbound Sales Advisor – Site based
Location & Working Hours
* Role is based at Adwick Park, Swinton, Rotherham S63 5NA
* Rotational shift pattern: 40 hrs per week between the hours of 8am‑10.15pm Monday – Sunday
Compensation
* Excellent starting salary of £25,480 per year (plus uncapped bonus opportunity)

Responsibilities
As an Inbound Sales Advisor, you will take inbound calls from customers who are in the last 6 months of their contracts. Your role will be to assist with retentions, sell additional products and services as required, and also deal with brand‑new customers.
What You’ll Need
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Computer literate with ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently and multitask
* Proficient in English, both oral and written
* Clear criminal and credit records
* Reference available within the last 3 years of employment
* Ability to work as part of a great team
