Associate – Commercial Disputes | Solicitor 1–3 PQE | Birmingham, Cambridge, Leeds, Manchester, Norwich, Oxford | Hybrid 50%
We are working with a top 50 UK law firm to recruit Associates into their established Commercial Disputes team. Opportunities are available across several offices, and this hybrid role offers exposure to high‑profile disputes with national clients, many of which have an international dimension. You will join a supportive and ambitious team, advising clients from the early stages of potential disputes through to resolution in the High Court, arbitration, mediation, and other forms of ADR.
The successful candidates will be UK‑qualified solicitors with strong academics and between one and three years’ post‑qualification experience. You should demonstrate excellent technical skills, incisive analytical ability, and resilience under pressure. A practical approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trusted client relationships are essential. Experience of commercial contract disputes, shareholder and boardroom issues, partnership and joint venture disputes, and enforcement of restrictive covenants will be highly valued.
