About the role We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts / Design Manager to undertake all aspects of running HVAC contracts of all sizes upto £1m in value. The primary role will involve running various contracts on a daily basis, however, the successful applicant will also have to have someknowledge of Ventilation & Air Conditioning design and equipment selection. Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication would also be an advantage What we are looking for. Provide clear, forward-thinking leadership to steer the company towards continued success. Enhance operational processes to boost efficiency, productivity and financial stability. A proven solid understanding of HVAC systems in both industrial and commercial environments. Experience skills in a similar leadership role. Demonstrate knowledge of Health and Safety procedures with the business. Ability to read and understand drawings and schematic layouts. Have CSCS or similar qualifications. Excellency in verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information to sometimes a non-technical audience. Have a good level of skill in Microsoft Office Programmes, especially Word and Excel programmes. To be able to achieve DBS Enhanced clearance. Hold a Full UK driving licence.
