Ideal Candidate
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Have a sound understanding of child development and learning in KS1.
* Be able to deliver creative, engaging, and well‑structured lessons.
* Demonstrate strong classroom management and organisational skills.
* Be dedicated to raising standards and promoting pupil progress.
* Work effectively as part of a collaborative and supportive team.
* Communicate clearly and professionally with parents, staff, and pupils.
