Due to the expansion of the existing team, we are seeking to appoint two colleagues to join the Senior Leadership Team at Beechwood contributing to the ongoing development and improvement in all that we do. Ambition, vision, imagination, the ability to be innovative and show drive and determination will be key characteristics of the colleague we are looking for. We are committed to ensuring the success of our students and colleagues and you will be willing to go the extra mile to help them achieve the very best.
You will be able to think strategically, analytically and creatively working with a range of people to enthuse students and colleagues to achieve the very best of outcomes. You will have the personal authority, communication and organisational skills to lead and manage effectively with impact. You will have the ability to challenge and support staff to improve outcomes for all.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious senior leader who is looking to secure Deputy Headship/Headship in the future.

· Teaching, Learning and Assessment and staff CPD.
· Character curriculum, whole school behaviour and attendance.
Specific key responsibilities will be discussed at interview and will be matched to experience, strengths and development needs.
