Role: Project Manager Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 Location: Mansfield 3 days per week About the Role: This is a unique opportunity to build and define the project management function from the ground up. You will: Lead major projects like the US launch of a B2B transactional website, ERP rollout (ODOO), and CRM implementation ((url removed)). Collaborate closely with stakeholders across all departments to align requirements, manage dependencies, and keep everyone informed. Bring clarity and structure to complex initiatives, identifying cross-functional impacts and resolving potential conflicts. Work alongside development teams, understanding project history and supporting delivery. About You: Proven project management experience in technology or business transformation. Exceptional communicator — you’ll be the glue that holds teams together. A self-starter who thrives on autonomy and loves building structure in a dynamic environment. Ideally, experience in manufacturing or retail (B2B sales a plus).
