We’re now looking for a Quality Engineer to join our QSHE team and help drive quality excellence across our projects. What you’ll be doing * Play a central role in delivering and promoting Dalkia Scotland’s Quality Management System (QMS) * Ensure compliance with Dalkia and client quality requirements across the full project lifecycle * Work collaboratively with bid, commercial, operational and project teams * Support multiple live projects, from tender through construction, handover and aftercare * Develop and implement effective project-specific quality controls * Maintain and manage core quality documentation including ITPs, ITFs, QSOs and QHPs * Support project teams with quality planning, documentation and evidence capture * Assist with supply chain onboarding to ensure quality expectations are understood and met * Carry out site-based quality inspections, desktop reviews and formal audits * Use digital platforms such as Trimble Fieldview to support quality reporting and assurance * Manage customer complaints to ensure positive outcomes and customer satisfaction * Identify, record and manage non-conformances, including root cause analysis and corrective actions ...
