2026 Contract Management Graduate
Start Date: 07 September 2026
Salary: £32,000 per annum

Location: Initially (Glasgow, Crawley, or Templecombe) for first 12 months, then rotational across Crawley, Glasgow, Belfast, Reading, Cheadle, and Templecombe.
Working Schedule: 37 hours per week (8 hours Monday – Thursday, 5 hours Friday).
What The Role Has To Offer
* Reviewing customer terms and conditions and evaluating commercial risk, with recommended mitigation strategies.
* Preparation of costing and pricing information with explanatory commentary.
* Interpreting contractual documents and making amendments.
* Advising on potential liabilities, risks, issues, and disputes with customers, suppliers, or third parties.
* Managing commercial aspects of delivery as part of a multi‑disciplinary team.
* Handling customer change requests from receipt of change notices through to contract amendment.
* Ensuring appropriate export licences are in place, liaising with supply chain.
* Reviewing proposal documents for consistency, clarity and professionalism.
Graduate Programme
The programme lasts two years, offering experience in two UK locations for 12 months each.
First 12 months at the starting location (Crawley, Glasgow, or Templecombe) then relocation to a second location.
Opportunities to work across parts of the business for 6‑12 months and develop leadership and behaviours.

Recruitment Process
Assessment centres for shortlisted candidates will be held between February and May 2026. Induction week for all graduate and apprentice roles is from Monday 07 September to Friday 11 September 2026.
Security Clearance
All successful candidates must possess the permanent right to work in the UK and will be required to obtain full Security Clearance (SC) at BPSS Level and above, in line with UKSV requirements, before starting employment.
The role requires the applicant to be a British National from birth with SC clearance without caveats. It is advantageous to hold current clearance; if not, it must be achieved before commencement.
Eligibility for full SC generally requires residing in the UK for the last five years. Applicants will need to provide evidence of identity, work eligibility, residence history, and employment or education record.
