Job Summary
Qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or above) needed for Field House Day Nursery in Buckingham (MK18 1ST).
Location & Working Hours
Field House Day Nursery | Buckingham | MK18 1ST.
Contract: Permanent, 20-40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
Working pattern: Varied shifts Monday‑Friday between 07:30‑18:30. Choose a 2, 3, 4 or 5 day week.
Salary
£27,040‑£32,427.20 per annum (pro‑rated) or £13.00‑£15.59 per hour.

Responsibilities
* Plan, deliver and assess high‑quality, engaging early years activities that promote learning through play.
* Work as a Key Person, observing, assessing and recording children’s progress.
* Advocate for safeguarding, ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and happy and their well‑being is promoted.
* Collaborate with children, parents and colleagues, communicating effectively and building strong relationships.
Qualifications & Criteria
* Qualified early years professional: DfE approved EYFS qualification at Level 2 or above.
* Demonstrated skill in creating opportunities for learning and applying EYFS knowledge.
* Current Right to Work in the UK; visa sponsorship not available.
* Pass Enhanced DBS check and other safer recruitment checks.
* Residence within commutable distance of the nursery.
