Overview
EDF (UK) is seeking a Senior Marine Delivery Lead to lead the planning and scheduling of Marine Abnormal Indivisible Loads (AILs) for Hinkley Point C, supporting the UK’s low-carbon future. This is a hybrid role with travel to HPC Construction Site, Combwich Wharf, Avonmouth and other offsite locations. You’ll typically be based on the Hinkley Point C site at least once a week.
The Opportunity
As our Senior Marine Delivery Lead, you’ll take ownership of the planning and scheduling of Marine AILs – some of the largest and most complex components arriving by water. You’ll oversee their safe and timely delivery from point of manufacture to installation at Hinkley Point C, supporting the UK’s low-carbon future.
Salary starting from £70,000 per annum. This is a hybrid role with travel across HPC Construction Site, Combwich Wharf, Avonmouth and other offsite locations. You’ll typically be based on HPC site at least once a week.

To be appointed to this role, you will need to meet the criteria for Security Vetting, which will ordinarily require you to have been a resident of the UK for at least three of the past five years.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Planning and scheduling the delivery of Marine AILs across multiple facilities
* Leading the Waterborne Strategy and Marine AIL Delivery Schedule
* Providing technical guidance to Marine Services contractors
* Managing stakeholder engagement and coordination meetings
* Line managing Marine Delivery Leads and deputising for the Freight & Marine Area Service Manager
