Incentives Associate (2-5 PQE), Leading International Law Firm, London We are working with a leading international law firm on a position within their highly regarded Incentives practice in the City of London. This is one of the most respected teams of its kind in the London market, operating at the very top of the practice area and consistently advising on the most complex and high-profile mandates available. The team advises a client base of FTSE-listed corporates, major financial institutions, private equity houses and high-growth private companies on the full spectrum of incentives and remuneration matters. The work spans the design and implementation of executive remuneration arrangements, long-term incentive plans, management incentive packages on private equity and leveraged buyout transactions, and the incentives aspects of complex public and private M&A. The team has particular depth in IPO-related incentive structuring, cross-border share plan implementation and the securities law dimensions of incentive arrangements, areas that require genuine technical sophistication and close collaboration with the firm's market-leading Corporate, Tax and Employment practices. Beyond transactional work, the team advises on sector-specific remuneration regulation, corporate governance matters relating to executive pay, and remuneration reporting and disclosure obligations. Opportunities within this team at this level are rare. The practice is well-established, highly regarded, and has a strong record of developing its lawyers both technically and in terms of client relationships and progression. This position is ideally suited to an individual with: 2-5 years of post-qualified experience within an Incentives, Share Plans or Executive Remuneration practice Qualified in England & Wales, or a common law jurisdiction qualified lawyer with solid London-based incentives experience Training or experience at a leading City of London or international law firm, ideally with an Incentives or related seat forming part of that background The Firm This firm is one of the most prominent and well-established international law firms in the London market, with a reputation that spans decades and a client base that includes the world's leading corporates, financial institutions and private equity sponsors.
